These are the tools and sites used in creating this website.
Tools Used
- NVU/KompoZer - WYSIWYG Web Page editor was used to create the initial web page content.
- PsPad- is a multipurpose editor which includes many HTML features. I've been using it to test various CSS settings and viewing the results in an IE Preview by pressing the hot key F10 and press it again to get back to the code. Another of its tools I enjoy using is the HTML Tidy validator and formatter. It checks for errors and fixes many of the minor errors plus it formats the HTML code to make it more easier to read.

- Stat Counter - used to track web hits on the web site
- Cownter - is a service that allows website visitors to see how many people are currently looking at different pages within the site. When a visitor mouses over a LINK, a small bubble pops up telling them how many people are currently on that page.
- Google Webmaster tools - help get website setup for Google searches
- XML-Sitemaps.com - Create your Google Sitemap Online - XML Sitemaps
- Use LYNX text browser to review how a websites content looks to search spiders.
- Browsershots - takes screen shots of your web page using various browsers which you can browse to see how your web page appears on different operating systems and browsers. Tip: turn off the site counter before running it unless you want an extra 30+ hits on your web page.
Widgets
- Addthis - provides a widget that allows the current web page to be quickly bookmarked. This site also provides statistics.
- Build your own Social Bookmark widget - provides all java code needed to create a bookmark widget.
- Snap-shots - add a pop up to external links that show what the website looks like.

Templates
- Three column CSS fluid layout: 100% width from Strictly CSS - This layout was used as the basis for the web pages. I modified the layout on my web site to have two columns in the header.
- The Perfect 3 Column Liquid Layout by Matthew James Taylor was originally used in creating the web pages.
